Buffering our time away is something we ALL DO. We may not even realize how we are buffering in our daily lives, and that’s why I did this quick video.
What is buffering?
Buffering is AVOIDING things that we should be dealing with. Whether it’s work, finishing a project, being involved in something, or handling our emotions.
Buffering looks like:
- overconsumption
- sleeping too much
- eating too much food
- overreacting,
- binge watching tv
Do you see where I’m going?
Our flesh likes to buffer when things are hard, challenging, or different than our normal.
WE HAVE TO STOP BUFFERING IF WE WANT TO BE DIFFERENT

Stop ignoring, avoiding, and wasting time that you have to live more joyfully.
When we love Christ, we are mission to serve Him and share His love. We can’t do our innate purpose if we are just wasting time and not engaging in our life in the way He intended for us. We will miss the boat!
