Burn out is NO WAY to live. I have been there, crying everyday on my way to work. Getting sick on Sunday knowing I have to do another week, and being so tired and overwhelmed with being a mom that I just get in the car and take drives for an hour (or two). Burn out is a real thing, and we will hit at different points in life. It’s okay, you are normal!
STOP THE BURN OUT, WATCH HERE
Establish easy tricks and routines to keep your day “your’s” in some respects. Nobody can pour from an empty cup 100% of the time. It’s impossible.
Keep your focus on the big vision, and give yourself grace to live your life, even when it requires you to STOP in moments that are necessary to save your sanity.
