In seasons, we can caught in the cycle of good and bad days. Being caught on that rollercoaster is both draining and defeating. It’s frustrating to be caught wondering if today will be good, or yet another bad day.
Emotionally, this can take a toll on us in all areas. That’s why this training is so important. Not being able to have a good day most days, means that we are struggling to maintain our emotions.
DIVE IN TO THIS TRAINING and LEARN TO STOP the CYCLE of GOOD and BAD DAYS
Our underlying beliefs about people and our circumstances will circumvent how we feel towards our daily interactions. Learning to stop our beliefs, identify our beliefs, challenge our beliefs, and changes them will impact our ability to feel GOOD most days.
It’s a gift we can give ourselves by learning what it is that alters our perceptions about people and circumstances.

It is hard to wake up each day and anticipate that it will be bad. That is not a healthy state to be in, but that is why we are going to learn to do things differently.
Changing your mind and learning to disassociate pieces of information from others that don’t belong together will make a huge impact on growing your mind to not shortcut to emotions that don’t match the circumstance.
Like I spoke to in the video above ^ we are capable of changing our minds about people and things by deciding that you want to feel differently about them.
Don’t allow your emotions to tell you what you must think. First train your mind to think a particular thought, and allow your feelings about that prevail!
You can choose to have the feelings and thoughts you want. Once, you are able to step into that understanding, you can apply the Truth about what Christ teaches us to it. This will radically shift your perspective about your daily life. Ultimately, changing the outcome of your day, to what you decide to think of it.
We get to decide to have a good or bad day. God is present in it all, and if we believe that all works together for His good, opportunity to change your feelings about it is only a choice away.
NOPE, life won’t magically become easy.
And, I do realize it’s so easy to say “think that it is good and it is” but the reality doesn’t change the fact that Christ gave us the power and gift of a renewed mind. We do have a choice to think and contemplate on the positive or negative. And, what we choose is exactly what we will feel.
Therefore, feel empowered that you have the gift of choice.
What do you choose?
