Negative thoughts and emotions impact how our days play out. Actions are directly related to our feelings because feelings dictate our motivation. We can radically shift the trajectory of our lives if we take the time to be intentional with our thoughts, and work on our mindset.

In this video, I went live on Facebook to talk about the effects of negative thoughts and super helpful tool for getting a grasp on areas to focus our efforts and work on the right thoughts to effectively change our mindset, which will inevitably change our lives.
