Managing stress and changing what’s on your mind is a KEY COMPONENT to living life with BOLD INTENTION! There are so many tactics, tips, and tricks for managing stress. I know for myself, managing stress has been a trial and error situation because I find that it really depends on my current circumstances and the responsibilities I have at that time.
Responding to stress is a HUGE FACTOR in having a healthy life. Learning that we can change our level of stress simply by changing what’s on your mind is an important (and overlooked) part of our mental health puzzle.
We live in a condition of our minds. Often, we think and believe our health and the reality of our lives are based on the external factors (physical health, work, relationships, money, etc.), but as God has been telling us from the beginning > we have to aware of our MINDS! What are we thinking about? What’s in our hearts? What words are on our tongues? These answers are the indicators as to what we need to work on FIRST to live healthfully!
