Often we get caught up in the to-do’s of our lives and we begin to care too much about the details that don’t matter, and we need help to stop caring about what doesn’t matter.
It’s easy to think about the things that seem to be our business, but aren’t. And, other times, we make things we know aren’t our business our burdens to carry. In this quick video, I talk about the reason we must learn to stop caring about what doesn’t matter.
It’s often easier to say than do, but once we learn what triggers us, what truly impacts us, and how to notice the difference we can quickly discern what is taking up energy and time that shouldn’t be.
This practice also helps us move forward, rather than implanting ourselves in a negative, unproductive mindset.
Watch this video to learn the 3 ways to stop caring about things that don’t matter.
Don’t forget to use the quick rule of thumb, whose business is this?
If you can get to the root of this question, you can implement the other steps quickly and be on your way to stop caring about what doesn’t matter so that you can live more fulfilled and content.
Who doesn’t want that?
As an empath, I’ve had to intentionally train myself to do what I can in order to not be sidelined or distracted to the point of not accomplishing the goals I have or living the life that I want to live.
It can be hard to carry the emotions of others, to be railroaded by intense feelings, and drained from the energy it takes to manage all of that.
